Answer every call
Calls after 5 go to voicemail, and the ones who don't leave a message call the next company on the list. Yours gets answered and booked while the truck is still running.

The four numbers
Most owners know one by heart. The other three are spread across three systems and a bookkeeper's head. Everything we run is aimed at these four.
Everyone not already a customer who wanted a price from you, quoted or not. Phone, form, text or referral.
New customers only. Not repeat work, not upsells on jobs already on the books.
Salespeople, commissions, the agency and every ad dollar, last twelve months. Not the office, not your own pay.
The percent that survives the job itself. Before the office, the trucks, the insurance and you.
Together they answer one question: what does a new customer cost you, and what is that customer worth.
The four, defined →What runs
All six run in the background on the tools you already have. Each one knows when to stop and ask a person. You start with one.
Calls after 5 go to voicemail, and the ones who don't leave a message call the next company on the list. Yours gets answered and booked while the truck is still running.
Estimates go out, nobody follows up past the second try, and the ones from four months ago are just gone. Now the follow up happens whether anybody remembers or not.
The people most likely to buy again are the ones nobody has called in a year. Every Monday the list builds itself: customers you served this month last year who have not been back.
Paid search gets the credit for customers who were coming back anyway. Every lead gets matched to the customer record the day it arrives. Then the ad spend question has a real number behind it.
The numbers exist, in three systems and a bookkeeper's head. Never on the same page. Every Monday: the four numbers against the same week last year, what ran, and what moved.
The only time customers hear from you is when you want something. A thank-you after the job, a review ask, a seasonal note, on the cycle they already buy on.
How it goes
The first two are free and end with your own numbers read back to you. Nothing is priced before that.
How you got into this, and what is taking most of your time. You leave with a short questionnaire and an NDA. We sign it, you don't.
We find the four numbers and the moves worth making, and you leave knowing both, whether or not we work together.
One piece of work goes first. We price it against what the fix is worth to you, and write it on one page before anything goes live.
The four numbers against the same week last year, what ran, and what we did about anything that moved the wrong way.

Proof
A carpet cleaning franchise with 28 years of history across three systems. Every number below is retrieved from their record, not estimated, and nothing is rounded in our favor.
None of it was new spend. It was their own numbers, put somewhere somebody could act on them.

The working session is inside two weeks of the first call. The first workflow is usually live within weeks of scoping it, and the Monday page starts the week after we have your data.
No. We work on top of what you run today. If you have no CRM at all we will set one up, but we do not move anyone who already has one.
Every engagement starts with a free working session on your numbers. We price after we have seen them, against what the fixes are worth to you, and we tell you on the call if we are not the right fit.
One. The phone line and the texting are pay as you go. They show up as their own line on every invoice, at what they cost us, separate from our fee. For most businesses it is small, and you get the range before anything goes live.
Good. We read from their system and leave it alone. Most of our clients came to us with an agency already in place.
You can fire us on a Friday and open everything on Monday. Your accounts stay in your name, you can shut our access off, and your data, contacts, written content and domain sit where you can take them. The software the work runs on stays ours; rebuilding it inside your own stack is a separate quoted project.
We do. The people on the first call build and run the work, with no account manager in between. If something is wrong you tell one of us.
That is the normal case, and the reason the session is free. Leave blank whatever you cannot answer; blank is an answer, and it tells us where to start.
Leave a name and a way to reach you. One of us replies, usually the same day, with a few times for the call.
Have numbers already? Send what you have of the four numbers and we reply to those instead.
