How the trial works
Live before your card is ever charged.
Card on file, $0 today
No platform charge for 14 days. AI usage is billed at cost from day one — you only ever pay for what actually ran.
A conversation, not a form
"Want a voice agent? A text agent? Should we host your website?" Each answer switches the feature on and surfaces the matching tutorial.
Convert or walk
Your card converts to the plan you picked unless you cancel — and either way, your data is yours to export.
Atlas Intelligence
Your whole history, made queryable.
The premium data install: decades of CRM, field-service, and ad history unified into a lakehouse you own, with KPI dashboards on top. Scoped per business — available on Atlas Command and Partner engagements.
Questions
The honest fine print.
What does the 14-day trial include?
Everything on the plan you pick — every app, agent, and dashboard. Your card goes on file but the platform fee is $0 until day 14; cancel before then and you owe only the AI usage you actually burned, at cost. We don't convert you silently — you'll know the date.
What do AI and phone usage actually cost?
Cost. AI minutes, SMS, and email are metered at provider cost and itemized on every invoice — no bundles to decode, no hidden markup. On the agency track you rebill usage to your clients at your own rates and keep the margin.
Is there a setup fee?
Self-serve plans: never — $0 setup on every tier, both tracks. Done-for-you installs carry a setup fee starting at $1,500, scoped to your data, numbers, and integrations. That's the entire rule.
Do I need done-for-you, or can I self-serve?
You can absolutely self-serve — the chat-based setup turns things on for you, and every module ships with a recorded walkthrough. Businesses with years of data, phone numbers to port, or field-service tools usually choose done-for-you because migration is where DIY installs stall.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Annual pricing exists if you want it, but we'd rather earn the renewal than lock it in.
Who owns the data?
You do. Contacts, conversations, call recordings, reporting — encrypted, never sold, and exportable at any time, including during the trial.
