Execution Partner is a project-based consultancy formed in 2026 by Brian Redden, a senior fractional marketing operator, and Deane Boone, a senior fractional finance operator. We deliver AI readiness, modern growth, and cross-functional strategic projects for mid-market companies and PE portfolio companies. We do not take retainers and we do not run staffing pyramids.

Why we built this.

Both of us run fractional executive practices on the side of EP. Both of us kept hitting the same problem from inside those practices.

A client would have a strategic initiative that needed senior operators across both growth and finance. The right answer was not another fractional hire. It was not a McKinsey engagement either. It was a small, senior team to do a finite, well-scoped piece of work, then leave.

EP is the vehicle for that work. Honest about what it is. Honest about what it is not.

Brian Redden is a sales and marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience leading teams, navigating organizational change, expanding into new markets, and driving measurable growth across a wide variety of industries.

His operator experience is specific. He has led organizations through private equity transitions, expanded a service brand from one state to five states across six distinct brands, and personally overseen more than 22,000 inbound leads annually, building the systems, routing infrastructure, and call center processes that actually converted them to revenue.

Throughout his career, Brian has helped businesses unlock the potential inside their teams and systems. He has built marketing programs that generate consistent demand, implemented CRM and attribution infrastructure from scratch, and guided leadership teams through the strategic decisions that shape brand positioning and sustainable growth.

At Execution Partner, Brian leads the growth, demand generation, AI readiness, and marketing-tech work. He also runs Demand Growth Partner, his fractional CMO practice, on the side of the EP partnership.

Brian lives in Midlothian, Virginia, and enjoys spending time with his family, supporting local businesses, and helping other leaders find clarity in their growth journey.

Deane Boone is a Finance and Data Engineering executive with over 21 years of experience building systems that connect data to revenue. His expertise includes managing analytics infrastructure for a firm with $8.7B in annual revenue, automating over 500 workflows, and recovering $1.7M in untracked revenue through attribution and pipeline engineering. He has also supported integrations across $2.1B in acquisitions.

Throughout his career, Deane has focused on translating raw data into business outcomes by building financial models, CRM pipelines, and attribution frameworks that provide leadership teams with clarity on performance.

At Demand Growth Partner, Deane leads paid media analytics, transforming Google and Meta campaign data into performance intelligence that drives better decision-making and lowers acquisition costs for service businesses. Based in the Washington, DC area, he brings enterprise-scale data engineering rigor to help businesses optimize their marketing spend.
